Pet Policy

Our elegant apartment complex welcomes pets with open arms! All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and well be-haved (non-aggressive breeds), with a leash requirement outside of apartments unless in the dog park. We charge a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet, $550 for two pets, as well as a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. We partner with PetScreening for a convenient place to maintain a pet profile and pet documents as well as PooPrints to help us maintain pet waste throughout the community. We are proud to offer a pet-friendly environment that reflects our vibrant, warm and energized community feel. We hope you and your pets will feel right at home at The Finch.
